Shipping, Returns & Cancellation Policy

SHIPPING
Due to the ongoing pandemic all items are made to order through a third party and will take at least 7 working days to ship. We want to thank you for your patience during this time as we try to get orders to you as soon as possible. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped and will be dispatched via the Royal Mail 48 Regular.

Royal Mail 48 Regular (2-5 days) - £2.95

Currently we only ship within the United Kingdom but hope to expand this in the near future.

Working days are Monday - Friday.

RETURNS
As our items are made to order through a third party we are unable to accept exchanges or refunds except for certain circumstances e.g damages or loss, but please get in touch if you have a problem with your order. If your item is damaged you must contact us as soon as possible through our online form, be sure to take photos of the damage and keep hold of the item and its original packaging. We will then begin the process to arrange a replacement or refund. Although it is very rare, some parcels may get lost in transit. We advise waiting at least 10 working days from dispatch before getting in touch about missing parcels and only after you have checked your local post office, we will be unable to arrange a replacement or refund until after 10 working days. All missing parcels must be reported to us within 60 days otherwise we will be unable to facilitate a replacement.

CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of the order being placed, if you wish to cancel after this period we may be unable to secure a full refund. This is due to our orders being made to order by a third party and we may have to compensate them if goods have already begun production. We will do everything we can to secure a full refund.
